Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DUTI Studios – 82-84 Enmore Rd, Newtown NSW 2042

However, please touch base with us first before proceeding to return any item.

Depending on where you are situated, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
